HLHS Programme 2014 - April 2015
The meetings of the Society are usually held on the fourth Thursday in each month at 7:30 pm in Holt Community Centre, Chapel Street unless otherwise stated below. Lectures are free for members with a £3.00 charge for non-members.
Thursday 22nd May
A visit to Maes-y-Pant (Marford quarry) with guided tour by Marlene Ayling (£2.50 non members)
Meet at the quarry for 6.15 p.m. The walk lasts approximately 1-2 hours. Meal afterwards at the Red Lion for those interested..
Thursday 26th June
Visit to Crewe Hill, home and gardens & memorabilia of the Barnston family, by kind invitation of Michael Trevor-Barnston.
Meet at Crewe Hill at 5.00 pm. Limited to 25 members.Tour lasts approximately 1-2 hours
